From setup to your first reverse-engineered document — here's how it works, step by step.

STEP

Install

Run the downloaded installer to install ReverseAGI.
STEP

Register Your Account

Click "Sign Up", review the terms of service, agree, and proceed.
STEP

Enter Your Account Details

Fill in each field with your information.
*Note: A verification email will be sent to the address you provide.
STEP

Receive Your Authentication Key

Check your inbox for the authentication key sent to your registered email address.
STEP

Enter the Authentication Key

Input the key directly into the ReverseAGI app to verify your identity.
STEP

Setup Complete

Check "Automatically log in next time" to skip the login screen on future visits.

*Note: If you already have a CodeAGI account, you can log in to ReverseAGI with the same account.

ReverseAGI supports multiple generative AI services. Choose the one you use — and unlock its full power inside ReverseAGI.

Select Your AI

Pick the generative AI service you're subscribed to from the list of supported options.
*Note: Only AI services verified for quality and accuracy by our team are available.

STEP

Enter Your API Key

Input the API key or ID issued when you signed up for your chosen AI service.
*Note: Required fields vary depending on the AI provider selected.

Select a Model

Choose your preferred model from the available options. We recommend selecting the latest model for best results.

Configure your project and let ReverseAGI's analysis engine do the heavy lifting.

STEP

Create New Project

From "Project > Create New", create a new project. Created projects can be edited or deleted at any time from the "Project List" screen.

Set Basic Project Information

Enter the project name and description, then save.
STEP

Run Project Analysis

Specify the folder containing the project and click "Start Analysis" to begin.

One click. Every design document your team needs — auto-generated from your codebase.

STEP

Select Design Document Type

From the "Reverse Execution" screen, select "Document Selection" and choose the type of document you want to reverse engineer. You can select by feature type such as "Screen (Frontend & Backend)" or "Batch".
STEP

Run Reverse Engineering

Simply press the "Reverse Execute" button to start. Reverse engineering is performed for each design document based on the analysis.
STEP

Review & Export Design Documents

From the "Confirmation & Output" screen, you can check the reverse-engineered design documents. By selecting "Export Design Document", you can also save them as files.
